Environmental Transport Association

The ETA is the world’s only carbon neutral motoring organisation, and aims to raise awareness of the impact of excessive car use. They generate a large proportion of new business through their website, which needs to be easily maintained and updated. The site graphical design was carried out by Xcetra Media Solutions, and the static page design images converted into an XHTML/CSS Drupal theme by Fonant. Fonant built the new ETA site in Drupal 5, and maintained and extended it over the following three years, including a big upgrade to Drupal 6. The site has proved to be a big success for the ETA, and in March 2010 they employed a full-time in-house developer to accelerate development. Fonant Ltd continues to provide hosting for the site, and technical support to ETA as required.
